As an Associate within TCIO Operations, you will collaborate with a dedicated team to manage the Intelligent Solutions (IS) initiatives for TCIO Operations. You will design and implement solutions using the Firm’s IS toolset, including Python, Alteryx, Pega, and Tableau, ensuring compliance with Firm policies and change management standards. Your role will involve incorporating Generative AI into both new and existing projects, as well as migrating and building solutions in cloud environments like Databricks and Snowflake. You will take on multiple roles throughout the lifecycle of an IA solution, such as project manager, business analyst, and solution developer, working closely with business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic business needs. Collaboration with other IA teams and TCIO’s core Technology team will be essential to leverage best practices and design flexible, reusable solutions that integrate seamlessly into the existing business architecture. You will document solutions for easy support and configuration by business process owners post-development and monitor the execution of IS tools, producing analytics and MIS for leadership reviews. This role will enhance your expertise in data management and analysis, improve your technical and programming skills, and deepen your understanding of asset and liability management principles for a large financial institution. You will also develop a strong grasp of key risk measures used to manage balance sheet risk, stay informed about industry and regulatory changes, and interact with senior executives and external regulators for ad hoc analysis requests.
