A well-established dealership in the Charlotte area is seeking a motivated and organized Automotive Business Development Center Manager to lead the BDC efforts at our busy dealership. Responsibilities - BDC Manager:

• Lead and coach the BDC team to improve customer engagement, appointment setting, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management to align lead strategies and drive performance
• Manage all inbound/outbound communications across phone, internet, and chat platforms
• Ensure prompt, professional responses to all leads while maintaining high service standards
• Monitor KPIs, optimize lead handling strategies, and improve appointment show rates
• Oversee CRM usage for accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
• Train and develop staff to enhance performance and customer communication
• Provide regular performance reports to dealership leadership

 
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• 3+ years of Automotive BDC experience required; BDC Management experience preferred
• Proficient in Eleads
• Expertise in training on objection handling, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling
• Ability to motivate and train a high-performance sales team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to track department performance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment screening
