Oracle Watchlist Screening/Lead Business Analyst

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst

 In this role, you will:

• Work with Solution’s Architect to finalize design solution for Screening solution
• Develop and Unit Test code in Oracle Watch list Screening.
• Work Closely with QA team to complete System Test and System integration testing.
• Work with new /junior team members to train them on the project/product
• Work with team members in collaborative way to deliver the required change
• During the Release will have to provide support as per the release window. Weekend work may be involved depending on the release window.
• Update your POD Lead/Manager of risk issues in timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Mandatory to have Expertise in Oracle Watch list Screening (OWS) tool.
• Functional Knowledge of Screening using OWS tool is a must
• Exposure to Real Time screening implementation/Concepts would be added advantage.
• Exposure to Control-M scheduling took would be added advantage.
• Experience in using Jira and Confluence
• Experience is writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis, Unix Shell Scripting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to DevOps and Agile methodology (Automated deployments & experience on Trouble shooting Production issues.
