We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Sr. Associate Director, Business Analysis
In this role, you will:
- Work with Business Leads and OBKYC to work as PO and lead the design and implementation of the strategy as part of the overall OBKYC FSA Implementation.
- Responsible for the ownership and execution of the OBKYC roadmap and associated deliveries, including the long-term vision.
- Plan and manage the delivery of initiatives with the business, technology product teams with consideration of delivery targets, governance activities, and business benefits.
- Responsible for the digital design and delivery across all journeys, extending to customer experience and hand-offs to the upstream/downstream systems & delving deep into user research, market trends, and competitor analysis, building a holistic understanding of the landscape and the challenges customers face.
- Manage key stakeholders such as Global/Regional operations heads, DBS operations, Legal and Regulatory Compliance across CIB, IWPB and UK within the region.
- Translating the vision and strategy into a product backlog (feature writing and Story writing, backlog slicing), along with identifying Minimum Viable Product (MVP), planning releases and delivery roadmaps for the product.
- Establishing a clear product vision that represents the need and wants of the customer to drive business value whilst communicating the product vision to business colleagues, Engineering, Architecture, delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee Technology and Business OKRs and drive improvements in these with product teams
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in a digital, technical or user centric product role (Product Owner) & Ability to identify intended benefits and outcomes to assist in prioritization process and illustrate excellent decision-making skills to inform road map development.
- Must have a strong background in onboarding and KYC/CDD solutions or similar products.
- Ability to positively influence, engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including high value customers, suppliers / vendors, and other internal Product teams.
- Demonstrable management and critical decision-making experience in a regulated industry.
- Confidence to experiment, test ideas, and share learnings and insights.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, process design, and requirements gathering skills along with knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, and / or Software Development Lifecycle - ideally in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and being outside your comfort zone.
- Able to challenge thinking and influence across the organization.
