Job Summary

Join the Consumer Entertainment Services team and help shape the future of Xfinity Entertainment. We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to drive the growth and performance of our entertainment device and platform ecosystem supporting both linear and streaming video customers. This role oversees the full lifecycle of the entertainment device portfolio, from strategic planning and go-to-market execution to ongoing optimization. This highly visible leadership position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization. You will define the strategy, champion seamless execution, and ensure we deliver an exceptional entertainment experience for Xfinity customers. Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Define and recommend strategic initiatives for the entertainment device portfolio, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer engagement. 
  • Develop and execute device go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, customer value propositions, messaging, and deployment planning. 
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the device portfolio, including budgets and inventory health in partnership with procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations. 
  • Establish and enforce device policies that ensure customers receive the right equipment; identify opportunities for upgrade programs that improve customer experience and support business goals. 
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to create clear, effective product messaging across merchandising, sales, and support channels. 
  • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to identify and resolve device-related issues and defects. 
  • Analyze data and insights to shape planning and measure the impact of device compliance, quality, and performance. 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer product strategy, product management, business case development, operations excellence, or program management. 
  • Experience in entertainment, technology, connected devices, telecom, or management consulting preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate diverse viewpoints and foster an inclusive environment. 
  • Experience developing business cases and financial models. 
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive audiences. 
  • Demonstrated integrity, credibility, motivation, and commitment to excellence.
