Salary: $275,000 - $310,000 per year
A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an associate to join its expanding appellate practice. The appellate team handles high-stakes appeals and works closely with trial teams on legal strategy, critical motions, and issue preservation throughout trial proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience, including substantial experience researching and drafting substantive briefs, along with a judicial clerkship at the federal level or with a state supreme court. Candidates must be able to work independently and take on meaningful responsibility.
