ADP GlobalView (GV) is hiring a Lead Implementation Consultant – HR/Payroll Solutions.
The GV Lead Implementation Consultant partners closely with the client’s Product Owner/subject matter expert (SME) to translate business requirements into a fully configured HR/payroll solution. This includes solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
The role also provides coaching and mentoring to other consultants, contributes to internal communities of practice, and actively participates in continuous improvement across the organization.
The GV Lead Implementation Consultant operates within an Agile environment and often supports multiple implementations simultaneously.
This position reports to the Implementation Director or a Senior Manager.
