Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Handle all phases of civil litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and responses
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys to advance cases efficiently
