As a Product Manager in the Arsenal Acquisitions product, you will lead innovation through the development of features with a focus on Card co-brand marketing capabilities. As a member of the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities
 

  • Executes on the product roadmap, supports vision, addresses risk management, and business growth targets
  • Participates the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Supports product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Supports product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Lead the discovery and development of API and data driven products to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Coordinate complex Marketing product initiatives across multiple areas, driving strategy alignment, prioritization decisions, and optimal sequencing.
  • Build robust partnerships with the Quad (Product, Experience, Tech/Architecture/Data & Analytics) to achieve results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Exceptional ability to understand data and leverage analytic insights to continually improve the experience and reach/exceed OKRs.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute in a demanding technology space, with multiple co-suppliers, juggling multiple complex dependencies and modernization efforts.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
     

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Deep understanding of the needs of the customer acquisitions journey from shopping through origination in a co-brand partnership context.
  • Experience working in financial services, acquisition, digital products, online and mobile platforms, etc.
  • Consumer and Business Banking domain knowledge and related lending/credit account opening or similar onboarding experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize a large book of work, meetings, team dynamics, and overall discovery.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions, including senior leadership level audience.
