Engineering Manager

Join us as a Engineering Manager to lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives. This role will be key in transforming from legacy data estate to cloud To be successful as a Engineering Manager, you should have experience with; Cloud Data Technologies (Databricks, DBT, Athena, Glu and others), Spark , Scala, Python, Ab Initio GDE. Troubleshoot any Ab Initio related problem/error, implemented real time, batch based solutions with large volume of data processing. Should have delivered Warehouse projects Experience on Visualisation Tools (Qlik, Tableau, D3, Python and others) related problem/error, implemented real time, batch based solutions with large volume of data. Should have delivered Warehouse projects with experience in data modelling Working knowledge SQL and NOSQL databases like Teradata, Oracle, KUDU, AeroSpike, Hadoop, and Streaming data Providing expertise and continuity across both the business solution and technical solution involving Ab Initio and BI Builds effective relationships with all stakeholders including federated project teams, BU SPOC, GIS and others Some other highly valued skills may include Able to work independently with minimum supervision and help the development team on technical expertise.
