Ready to take your EA career to the next level and operate as a true strategic partner at the heart of a fast-evolving tech business? This is your opportunity.

At OneAdvanced, we’re seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer. This is not a traditional EA role focused purely on diary management — it’s an opportunity to play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and supporting the growth of the business.

You will act as a trusted partner, bringing structure, foresight, and a strong sense of ownership to how time, priorities, and outcomes are managed. You’ll anticipate needs, think ahead, and ensure the CPO is focused on the highest-impact activities.

Working as part of a collaborative EA team, you’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making and play a key role in driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the People function.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in our Birmingham office.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CPO, proactively managing priorities to maximise impact and effectiveness

  • Plan and optimise time with a forward-looking, outcome-led approach — not just scheduling, but enabling delivery against business goals

  • Anticipate needs, identify risks, and ensure the CPO is always prepared and focused on the right priorities

  • Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality

  • Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications on behalf of senior leadership

  • Coordinate and drive preparation for key meetings, ensuring materials are high-quality, timely, and outcome-focused

  • Collate, track, and follow up on actions, ensuring momentum and accountability across leadership forums

  • Liaise confidently with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the CPO

  • Draft high-quality communications, briefings, and presentations

  • Coordinate UK and international travel, ensuring seamless and efficient planning

  • Support the planning and delivery of key business events (e.g. Town Halls, leadership sessions)

  • Contribute to wider projects and continuous improvement across the EA function #LI-KI1

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level, with the ability to operate as a trusted strategic partner

  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to align time and priorities to business outcomes

  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work

  • Highly organised with a forward-thinking, proactive approach to planning and problem-solving

  • Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and manage competing priorities with confidence

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to a high-performing EA team

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)

Advert Closing Date: Midnight, Sunday 18th April. Please note that this vacancy may close earlier than the stated deadline. Early applications are strongly advised.
