Salary: £41,361+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Take ownership of technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving customer problems using best practice methods
Maintain accurate and timely updates across incidents, problems, and service requests
Diagnose errors through debugging, validation, and root cause analysis of reported issues
Replicate issues to verify and escalate product-related bugs
Manage service requests, including access provisioning and standard changes
Capture and assess user requirements, highlighting functionality gaps and supporting minor change requests
Deliver basic training, create documentation, and develop self-help resources to enhance user experience
Contribute to automation, continuous service improvement initiatives, and the successful delivery of Atlassian projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Your skills and experiences:
Basic knowledge of ITIL practices (incident, request, problem, change management).
Clear communicator, able to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
Stron g customer service orientation, with patience and empathy in user interactions.
Team player, collaborating effectively with infrastructure, development, and vendor support teams.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to developing technical knowledge.
Previous experience working within a 1st or 2nd line support desk preferred
Previous experience in user and group management, permissions troubleshooting, and access requests preferred
Hands-on experience supporting end-users in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd desirable but not essential
