About the role

As a TV Show and Broadcasts Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating TV shows and live transmissions. Your newsroom knowledge and understanding of content flow will be essential to the role. You’ll work closely with the production and editorial teams, so collaboration is in your DNA. Creativity, quick problem-solving, and an ability to connect content with audience behavior are key to success.

What you'll be doing

• Production and coordination of TV programs and live broadcasts
• Create and manage program rundowns
• Coordinate live content
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to promote and enhance content performance
• Coordinate video editors and assist in executive production
• Book and coordinate relevant guests for each show
• Support the technical direction team during live operations

What you'll bring

• Experience creating TV show rundowns and understanding news vs. audience dynamics
• Experience coordinating live content and managing on-air workflows
• Hands-on experience with vMix or switcher room direction
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Availability for onsite work in São Paulo

Even better if

• Interest in soccer and sports culture
• Previous experience in broadcasters or YouTube channels
• Solid understanding of broadcast workflows and live production dynamics
