Job Description

:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan
• Build client relationships and communicate with clients and family members during pre-
• litigation
• Conduct investigations – collect and analyze evidence in order to determine all potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
• Conduct legal research
• Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
• Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
• Draft government claim forms and demand letters
• Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
• Serve as a backup resource for case management leadership, providing support as needed and assisting with client intake calls

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Washington
• Working at a PI firm for 1 year
• Work well with others and have strong communication skills
• Work well under pressure
• Organized
• Good at multitasking
• Eager to learn
• Excellent customer service skills
