Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Assists with training non-technical personnel. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with Vite for fast front-end development workflows
• Solid understanding of React Hooks, Component Architecture, State Management (Context API, Redux preferred)
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
• Ability to design reusable UI components and ensure high performance
• Strong code debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
• Experience in guiding junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring coding standards
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose new ideas to improve the project

• Python scripting
• SQL (basic queries, debugging data issues, API-data validation)
• Git (branching strategies, merge conflict resolution)
• Jira (task management, sprint workflows)
• Docker (basic container usage for local dev/testing)

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to understand technical and functional requirements.
• Designs and develops new web application features using React, Vite, JS/TS, and modern UI patterns.
• Optimizes components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Conducts code reviews, provides technical feedback, and supports junior developers with guidance and mentoring.
• Involve in front-end discussions and contributes to architectural improvements within the application.
• Writes clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Researches and recommends new technologies, tools, and practices to improve development efficiency and application quality.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation.
• Collaborates with QA teams to ensure development quality, component testing, and bug resolution.
• Analyzes issues, performs debugging, and implements robust solutions.
• Ensures adherence to coding guidelines, performance benchmarks, and UI/UX standards.
• Continuously stays updated with latest React, JS, and front-end ecosystem advancements.
