We’re looking for passionate and dedicated retail professionals to take on Store Manager roles at our TWICKENHAMlocation. This role offers an OTE of £55,000 - £60,000.

As a Franchise Store Manager, you'll be a driving force in your local market, responsible for:

• Identifying opportunities to grow your store’s performance and customer base.
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team.
• Creating a customer-first culture focused on both experience and results.
• Working closely with your Regional Franchise Manager to deliver long-term success.
• Staying agile and proactive in a fast-moving retail environment.
