Summary:

As a Team Lead SDR, you act as a "player-coach," balancing personal prospecting targets with the tactical leadership of a high-performing SDR team. You are responsible for driving pipeline growth, mentoring junior reps, and optimizing outreach strategies to ensure the team consistently hits its meeting and qualified opportunity goals.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Team Performance: Monitor daily activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly pipeline quotas.
  • Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly 1:1s, lead call-shadowing sessions, and provide feedback on messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce/HubSpot) and manage sales engagement tools (Outreach/Salesloft).
  • Sales Strategy: Refine sequences, scripts, and objection-handling techniques based on market feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure lead quality and seamless handoffs.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a top-performing SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with cold calling, multi-channel prospecting, and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate others.
