We are seeking an AdOps Manager,
Step into this deeply technical role at HSBC, where you’ll own the measurement and data foundations that make performance marketing work—less “campaign copy”, more “clean data, reliable tracking, and actionable insight”.
You’ll lead end-to-end tagging and tracking infrastructure (implementation, QA, monitoring), troubleshoot and optimise measurement across platforms, and build performance reporting that stakeholders can trust. You’ll also get hands-on with advanced analysis in Looker, CM360 and Google BigQuery to uncover conversion and efficiency opportunities, plus support MarTech initiatives like server-to-server integrations and MMP onboarding to raise our digital maturity.
If you enjoy solving complex tracking and data problems, translating technical findings into clear recommendations, and working across teams to deliver compliant, consistent execution aligned to Global Standards and relevant FIMs—this is a role where your technical expertise will be front and centre.
