Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of Software Development Engineers in the planning and designing of software and web applications. Manages projects from design to testing, including new programs, enhancements and modifications. Collaborates with Quality Assurance team to conduct testing. Has overall responsibility for developing/administering performance standards for organizational unit. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies and assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget. Salesforce Responsible for working cross-functionally to collect data and develop models to determine trends utilizing a variety of data sources. Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, operations, employee, customer and/or economic data in order to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, predict business outcomes and decision-making purposes. Involved with numerous key business decisions by conducting the analyses that inform our business strategy. This may include: impact measurement of new products or features via normalization techniques, optimization of business processes through robust A/B testing, clustering or segmentation of customers to identify opportunities of differentiated treatment, deep dive analyses to understand drivers of key business trends, identification of customer sentiment drivers through natural language processing (NLP) of verbatim responses to Net Promotor System (NPS) surveys and development of frameworks to drive upsell strategy for existing customers by balancing business priorities with customer activity. Has in depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
• Sales Cloud Skill Set • Strong understanding of core Sales Cloud objects (Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity) and their relationships. • Proficient with Flows, Apex, LWC for automating sales processes and building custom logic
• Experience with customizations like custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types. • Familiar with Reports & Dashboards for sales KPIs and visibility. • Understanding of Territory Management, Forecasting, and role hierarchy (preferred but not mandatory) • Use of Salesforce CLI, SFDX, Copado for build and deployment • Marketing Cloud Skills • Hands-on with Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder • Experience integrating Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Connect) • Proficient in AMPscript and SQL for personalization and segmentation • Understanding of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and Subscriber Lists • Experience with real-time event triggers (Journey entry based on record update or API) • Familiar with Tracking Extracts, Send Logs, and Marketing Cloud APIs • Nice-to-Have: Media Cloud Skills • Experience with Vlocity Media Cloud data models, especially Party Model, Product Catalog, Campaign, and Audience Segmentation • Familiarity with Industry CPQ in Media Cloud (e.g., quoting for ad products) • Understanding of order capture, media schedules, and rate cards • Use of DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards in Vlocity/OmniStudio • Integration & Platform Skills • Salesforce-to-external API integrations using Mulesoft • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect, SSO, and Platform Events where needed
