The Role

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop and drive growth of the Enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and new technology platforms.

The Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop and drive growth of the Enterprise RPA platform and new technology platforms 
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Automation Software,  Automation Anywhere is required, and UIPath is preferred. 
• Demonstrate working SQL skills for both one-hit queries and ETL through SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. 
• Experiment with new technologies, such as Python, VB, Java, or .Net 
• Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps 
• Understand workflow-based logic and understand the current state of a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize a future state in an automated solution. 
• Demonstrate working knowledge of E2E RPA process and concepts through the request lifecycle.
• Interviewing process performers to identify automation opportunities, documenting RPA processes, developing standards, performing audits at the end of each RPA project lifecycle, creating effective RPA project communication for all audiences, and assisting with internal RPA marketing efforts and leadership reporting. 

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 2+ years of experience with one of the following: Java, C++, .NET,  
• 2+ years in SQL development or query or  
• 2+ years experience in developing within RPA (Robotic Process Automation) with Automation Anywhere 
• 2+ years in Business Intelligence reporting using Power BI 
• Solid understanding of process and project management concepts 
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise software lifecycle process (SDLC) 
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, or CE OR equivalent work experience 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

Location Based Pay Ranges

$66,375 - $88,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$69,694 - $92,925 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$73,013 - $97,350 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
