You’ll inspire and direct a team of Product Owners, collaborate closely with customers and internal experts, and lead discovery, decision-making, and delivery across one of our key product areas. What you’ll do Turn strategy into action Translate product strategy into clear, outcome-driven epics and features. Own a rolling six-month roadmap that balances customer needs with long-term value. Define meaningful OKRs that align your product area to business goals. Lead discovery with purpose Engage directly with customers and users to validate problems. Analyse feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform decisions. Use experimentation, testing, and prototyping to qualify ideas early. Drive delivery across teams Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Product Owners, and Design to move ideas into reality. Support agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure predictable delivery.
