Reporting to the Area Delivery Manager, you’ll be a key leader within the Area team, providing strong operational expertise and stepping in to lead the division when required. Your focus will be on driving performance, improving customer experience at every touchpoint, and supporting our field teams to succeed.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and operational success of the division, influencing the build of the divisional budget and working closely with Regional Delivery Managers to ensure it’s delivered confidently and effectively. Through clear insight, strong coaching and collaborative leadership, you’ll help turn plans into results. Alongside this, you’ll partner with key stakeholders including the Area Delivery Manager, Depot Compliance Manager and Delivery Performance Business Lead, building strong relationships that drive performance, maintain standards and keep the operation moving forward at pace.
Day to day you’ll be accountable for
Providing operational cover for the Area Delivery Manager and ensuring consistent seven-day leadership across the division.
Coaching Regional Delivery Managers, Assistant Regional Delivery Managers and Community Managers to improve customer experience and delivery performance throughout the final mile.
