Position: Senior Mail Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours

What you’ll do:
Report on forecast mail volumes both internally and externally.
Supervise the forecasting and accuracy of downstream access mail into Royal Mail, ensuring accurate operation of agreed procedures
Support the Reporting function for UKMail clients
Communicate effectively with our customers, KAMs, CPMs and internal stakeholders for Forecasting / Reporting statistics, charges and compliance
Key Role Responsibilities:
Lead on the development of forecasting processes and improvements
Complete Forecasting procedures daily for Site Collection and Royal Mail Handover
Support MI development and reporting for Mail clients specific to requirements.
Employ analytical methods to maintain accuracy and support improvements and accuracy for forecasting both internally and externally.
Employ analytical and developmental tools to support MI reporting and client based reports, daily, monthly and Quarterly.
Ensure all supporting data is provided to internal and external stakeholders for statistical and commercial analysis.
Work with MI team and UKMCC Manager to design and develop new reports as per requirements of internal stakeholders and external clients.
Support automated processes with large data sets for commercial development and statistical analysis.
