The Lead Technology Solutions Specialist will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Pricing and billing solutions primarily on Sales Order processing -quote to cash process flow. This role acts as a key technical resource to partner with Vendors and other IT teams, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and optimization of Quote to cash systems to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing
• Configure and maintain Pricing modules - Pros is the software being implemented.
• Lead implementation of new features and regular updates.
• Manage integrations between Pricing module and other applications (SFDC, Oracle etc )
• Technical solution design and reviews.
Zuora billing
• Configure and maintain Zuora billing
• Lead implementation of new features and quarterly updates.
• Manage integrations between Zuora billing and other applications (SFDC, Oracle etc )
• Technical solution design and reviews.
Oracle E-Business Suite -Custom apps On-Prem
• Support and maintain EBS Custom modules
• Analyze and implement solutions based on specific business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Order processing.
General Responsibilities
• Design technical specifications and process flow for Quote to cash systems.
• Technically Lead Quote to cash technology projects through the SFLC/Agile life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/information systems, or related field.
• Overall industry experience should be 12-15 Years +
• Experience in pricing module.
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, database design.
• Experience in Oracle custom module design and implementations.
• Experience in ZUORA Billing.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in leading development teams and leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• certifications in Pricing software, Zuora Billing, Oracle EBS.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
