Contract Manager

Description

This role will manage and administer contracts relating to secondment of individuals and other consultancy contracts. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure individuals are compliantly onboarded and suppliers are paid. These contracts are vital to ensure that Heathrow is resourced and in the best position to maximise value delivery, minimise risk and deliver the agreed benefits of the capital programmes through cost saving, revenue generation or improved Airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Management of a breadth of stakeholders across the airport, from operational professionals, project managers, programme leads to finance and HR. 
• Administration of contract management systems (e.g., CEMAR). 
• Purchase Order and invoice management (via Oracle system). 
• Supplier relationship management (>20 suppliers).
• Working with the wider team to ensure compliance with processes and a consistent approach is applied. 

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management (preferably of professional services). 
• Experience of working in an integrated project team involving supplier partnering organisations.
• Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
• Experience in complex stakeholder environments.
