Natural Resources Wales is seeking a reliable and organised Facilities Officer to help deliver efficient, customer-focused services that support the smooth running of our buildings across the Meirionydd area.
In this role, you’ll support the Facilities Operational team and contribute to the safe, compliant, and effective management of NRW’s workplaces. You’ll provide administrative and organisational support to colleagues, handle day-to-day documentation including emails, invoices and schedules, and gather and relay information from various sources. You’ll support active monitoring tasks and take responsibility for the safe use of NRW equipment and information.
Facilities management experience is desirable, along with strong IT, communication and organisational skills, and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. A UK driving license and the ability to drive a car is essential

As an organisation we support flexible working. You will be contracted to the Dolgellau NRW office at Coed y Mynydd and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
Successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) check. Appointments are normally made within 4 to 8 weeks of the closing date.
