We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Follow best practices, work with Tech Leads and other team members, Participate and contribute to design and architecture of application, suggest changes / improvements etc. that help team and business both
  • Problem solving – investigation of production issues, as well as longer term strategic development issues. Working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Integrity, Conduct and performance against ethical standards. Following the full process flow of data and actively working to enhance it.
  • Design, develop and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Work with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly applications.
  • Build and configure workflows using Power Automate. Develop and maintain UI/UX for a seamless user experience.
  • Integrate with other services and systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and other third-party connectors. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with deployed applications.
  • Develop configure, test and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism to automate business processes. Design, develop and configure automation processes and objects in Blue Prism.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing automations and resolves issues in production. Integrate bots with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
  • Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews. Create and maintain documentation for all developed processes. Support the operational teams during UAT and roll-out phases.


To be successful, you will: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud / Desktop flows).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint lists and the Power Platform ecosystem. Experience with Dataverse.
  • Understanding of data models, connectors and integration patterns. Experience in using PowerApp test studio for creating, organizing and automating tests for canvas apps.
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism platform. Strong knowledge of workflow principles, automation design and best practices.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; Good planning and task management skills.
  • Good understanding of DevOps and Agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with C# and .NET. Proficiency in API, web services and data formats like JASON/XML. Performance optimisation
  • Ability to work in a collaborative fashion with a wide range of individuals.  Good communication, Voice opinions, Accept feedback
