Are you passionate about shaping world‑class IT service management? We’re looking for a highly motivated CMDB Product Manager to join our IT Service Management team at Barclays.
This is an exciting chance to collaborate with technology teams to optimise and elevate our ITSM processes, improving the delivery and support of services that directly enhance customer journeys.
🔍 We’re looking for experience in:
• Deep ServiceNow CMDB expertise – including CSDM, ITOM Discovery & IRE policy design
• Agile product ownership – OKRs, backlog management, release planning and leading cross‑functional squads
• Data governance & quality management – critical data elements, lineage, attestations, automated compliance monitoring and MI publishing
✨ Bonus skills that will make you stand out:
• Integrating CMDB with ITAM/SAM/HAM
• Exposure to Change, Vulnerability, IAM
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, role‑based access controls and TRM alignment
You’ll also be assessed on key capabilities such as risk & controls, change & transformation, strategic thinking and digital/tech acumen.
📍 Location: Knutsford or Manchester office
