Contract User Researcher

Contract User Researcher:

We are hiring for a contract User Researcher to start ASAP for a 6 month contract. The role requires 2-4 in person days during the contract. This will either be in London, Birmingham or Coventry.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Demonstrable experience working as a User Researcher in the public sector.
• Passion for conducting inclusive and robust research.
• Ability to define appropriate research activities to help meet strategic objectives and deliver products and services.
• Creative and engaging approach to presenting research findings to a variety of audiences.
• Knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services, including innovative and emergent technologies.
• Experience of working to the GDS standards, across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle.
• Public sector knowledge or experience in particular the GDS standards.
• Understanding of agile approaches and experience of working in agile teams.
• Experience of research in a policy context.
• Understanding and experience of the GDS Process.
