We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Manager to lead the design, build, integration, governance, and evolution of enterprise AI and data platforms, delivering trusted, secure, and scalable capabilities. In this role, you will shape and enable a world-class AI platform to support AI, Generative AI, and agentic use cases across technologies such as Databricks and Microsoft Foundry, working at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution to ensure seamless integration across the enterprise ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define a cohesive platform vision, drive responsible AI, and influence key business outcomes, including operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure that AI platform capabilities align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and long-term strategic objectives.

Who You Are

  • You are a strategic, paradoxical thinker who co-designs AI platform solutions, defines roadmaps, and balances immediate priorities with long-term goals, always putting M&S first

  • You are a self-starter who drives initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with multifunctional teams from diverse backgrounds.

  • You are an expert in designing and building AI platforms, including APIs, lakehouses, GPU infrastructure, and secure services for AI, Generative AI, and agentic use cases.

  • You champion a security-first, zero trust approach, embedding compliance, guardrails, and observability across the AI lifecycle.

  • You are a change agent and innovator, leading teams, removing friction, improving ways of working, and driving platform evolution and measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Shape and influence the AI platform strategy, defining roadmaps, transition states, and enterprise-aligned solutions.

  • Build and integrate core platform capabilities, delivering scalable, cost-optimized AI, Generative AI, and agentic solutions.

  • Drive adoption and seamless integration across enterprise systems through self-service, automation, and codified capabilities.

  • Embed security, compliance, and responsible AI practices, including governance, observability, and vulnerability remediation.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and platform best practices.
