HR Project Analyst (Contract)

The Role
We are seeking an HR Project Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple HR workstreams. This fixed-term contract role will partner closely with project and program leads to gather, analyze, and document regional requirements across Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.

You will act as a key liaison between the HR Program team and regional stakeholders, helping to ensure smooth system implementation, testing, and transition from legacy platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple HR functions
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis across regional HR teams
• Coordinate across workstreams including testing, integrations, compliance, and data migration
• Support SIT and UAT processes, including defect logging and resolution tracking
• Partner with vendors and internal teams during system configuration, setup, and enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP / SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong data analysis and system configuration knowledge
• Experience producing requirements documentation and process mapping
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Bonus Points For

• Experience supporting global or multi-region HR system implementations
• Exposure to payroll or compensation system integrations
• Familiarity with HR data migration and legacy system clean-up initiatives
• Experience coordinating UAT cycles in complex system environments
• Project management certification or formal training
