Mercor is hiring **Korean Voice Actors** for a short-term project. Participants will work directly with a leading AI lab to improve their AI model's ability to handle and produce audio data. **Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required.** We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, Youtube, Radio, or other related fields! You must be born and raised in the **South Korea.** You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project. **Some details about the project logistics:** - It will last roughly 1-2 weeks from your start date. - **Participants will be paid $200 USD per finished hour (based on length of submitted audio).** - You'll need to be able to commit between 2-10 hours/week for the duration of the project. - Project start date is **Thursday, March 12, 2026 PST time.** - You will need to available for a kickoff call **Requirements** - Ability to talk in a “customer service” voice— neutral to upbeat tone with clear enunciation and consistent pacing - Attention to details on punctuation, commas, dashes. For this project, it is very important you are able to record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing. - Having a **professional audio recording setup** (i.e, a home studio with a professional grade mic, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, editing software for post production).
