MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Mission Delivery Center Technician to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will apply your ITIL-based service desk expertise and mobile device support experience to efficiently resolve incidents, manage service requests, and deliver high-quality technical support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow ITIL processes to receive, prioritize, and resolve incoming IT incidents, service requests, and support needs.
  • Be able to setup install and upload software on cell phones.
  • Be able to activate and deactivate cell phones
  • Answer end-user inquiries regarding procedures, application usage, phone status, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Travel locally between customer buildings and support temporary assignments as required.
  • Support coverage as part of a team operating between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The required work shift is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Basic Qualifications

  • HS Diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Associates degree and 6+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical support in a help desk, service desk, or incident management role.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving cell phones

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a strong understanding of cell phones.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills on the job.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for at least 50% of the time. Also stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to operate computers, phones, and standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to move between offices and buildings.
