Job Summary

Responsible for performing complex business assurance tasks requiring experience in compliance, risk management, operational controls, and business processes. Provides specialized or general analytical support across functions such as operational compliance, vendor oversight, risk assessment, business performance monitoring. Works in a fast-paced environment with strong technical skills, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Conducts large‑scale data analysis and converts complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
  • Analyzes expense variances by reviewing contracts, rate structures, and vendor data to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
  • Evaluates budgets, forecasts, and financial models, connecting insights to operational and business performance.
  • Uses billing systems and financial reporting tools to validate revenue accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepares dashboards, KPI reports, and monthly variance analyses to support leadership decision‑making.
  • Identifies and implements continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to expand responsibilities and business knowledge.
  • Manages competing deadlines, prioritizes tasks effectively, and consistently produces high‑quality work.
  • Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
