As a Quant Manager within the Data Analytics team, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions for Chase Travel. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality data engineering and analytics solutions, focusing on natural language processes and AI impact evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering continuous learning.
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines for optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into AI solutions.
Serve as a data expert, providing guidance to account teams and stakeholders.
Develop advanced dashboards and reports using SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, and Tableau.
Partner with AI Product teams to drive the AI roadmap and strategic decisions.
Identify and collect critical data points for post-release analysis of AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to uncover insights from business and data contexts.
8+ years of experience in data models and analytic solutions, focusing on leadership roles.
Extensive experience with ETL/ELT processes in cloud-based data lake platforms.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx for data analysis and transformation.
Expertise in SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, and Tableau.
Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
