Job Title: Senior Manager Cyber Information and Technology Risk Office 

Purpose of the role  

The Senior Manager, Cyber Intelligence and Technology has a role in facilitating the effective collaboration and alignment with the DBS, ClOs / Heads of IT, Second Line Risk functions (Information Security Risk, and Operational Risk), CCO/NFR Tech teams, as well as the WPB Management in all regions and markets on a wide range of Cyber and Resilience topics.

In this role, you will:

  • Take measures to provide advice and guidance on Cyber and Resilience risks and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and maintain effective collaboration with all stakeholders engaged in risk and control initiatives.
  • Management of business user access management, segregation of duties, recertification processes, including audit liaison.
  • Management of unstructured data remediation initiatives and management of business resilience programmes / initiatives (including business preparedness for catastrophic outages).

Leadership and Teamwork 

  • Works as a virtual team with stakeholders remotely, across diverse time zones, cultures and ways of working.
  • Maintains accountability and control of projects at a Global level and influencing without having the direct control over the resources responsible for the deployment / implementation.
  • Support management of Third-Party engagements for Global TPRO and TPD teams

To be successful you will:

  • Interpretation and implementation of Group policies and procedures.
  • Have an advanced level and extensive amount of IT, Information Security Risk and Cyber Risk Management knowledge.

  • Have excellent communication skills to be able to build relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
