About Us
Camascope is a fast-growing health tech company on a mission to modernize and simplify healthcare delivery through innovative technology. Our platform empowers care providers—pharmacies, care homes, and doctors—by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety, particularly in critical areas such as electronic medication administration (eMAR). At the heart of our work is a commitment to improving lives through intuitive and connected care systems.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our Pharmacy Products — a critical part of Camascope’s platform and long-term strategy.
Strong pharmacy integrations and well-designed pharmacy tooling are central to how Camascope works. This role focuses on improving and expanding those tools, ensuring pharmacies can work efficiently with care homes, and that medication workflows are reliable, safe, and easy to use.
You’ll be responsible not just for delivery, but for defining what success looks like, shaping outcomes, and ensuring the right work gets done to achieve them. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, setting direction, and taking real ownership from problem through to impact.
While the initial focus is on pharmacy products, the scope may expand over time as priorities shift and the team grows.
· Hybrid role, with 3 days per week in our Farringdon (London) office.
What you’ll own
· Ownership of outcomes, not just outputs — defining what success looks like and driving work to achieve it
· End-to-end ownership of pharmacy-related products and integrations
· Discovery and problem definition through direct engagement with pharmacies and care homes
· Product strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the pharmacy domain
· Translation of customer and business needs into clear, actionable delivery plans
· Collaboration with Engineering and Design to ensure solutions are well-scoped, well-built, and deliver real value
· Ownership of third-party integrations with pharmacy and healthcare systems
· Use of data, insight, and feedback to guide decisions and measure success
· Continuous improvement of workflows, usability, and reliability
· Clear communication of priorities, progress, and outcomes across the business
Tools & skills
You’ll be comfortable working with:
· Product & delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft tools
· Analytics & data: SQL, Power BI, Tableau (or similar)
· Design & collaboration: Figma, FigJam, or similar
· Strong data skills are important. You should be able to analyse usage, trends, and support data yourself to inform decisions and assess impact — not just rely on others to do this for you.
· Experience with AI design tools and vibe-coding is a strong plus
You should also be comfortable with:
· API and system integrations
· Modern web and mobile product development
· User-centred discovery and validation
You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be confident learning quickly and working independently.
Performance & impact
You’ll be expected to:
· Define clear outcomes and success metrics for your product area
· Own delivery end-to-end, from discovery through to release and iteration
· Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly in cross-team forums
· Run demos and updates for internal stakeholders
· Proactively set up calls, meetings, and on-site visits with partners and customers
· Use data and feedback to assess impact and guide next steps
· Contribute meaningfully to company OKRs and product strategy
What we’re looking for
· 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager (or similar role)
· Strong communicator, confident presenting to groups and leading discussions
· Proven experience owning outcomes, not just shipping features
· Comfortable working directly with customers and external partners
· Experience delivering real, user-facing products
· Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills
· Comfortable working in ambiguity and making judgement calls
· Data-literate and confident using analytics to guide decisions
· Willing to visit customers or partners when needed
· Access to a car is a plus, as some visits will be in person
Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required. What matters most is ownership mindset, curiosity, and the ability to turn real-world problems into practical product solutions.
Why Join Camascope?
· Be part of a mission-driven company transforming healthcare through thoughtful technology.
· Work in a supportive, growth-focused, and flexible environment.
· Contribute directly to products that impact lives and patient outcomes.
· Collaborate with a global, passionate team working on real-world healthcare solutions.
