We’re now looking for a Learning Experience Manager to elevate our entire learning ecosystem - creating experiences that are intuitive, progressive and genuinely embedded into day-to-day performance.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning products treating learning as a product, not a programme and designing truly modern experiences that people want to engage with. This means going beyond traditional e-learning to focus on motivation, behavioural design, and learning in the flow of work, especially for our frontline teams.

You’ll lead a team Learning Design Specialists, setting the strategic direction while still being hands-on enough to “do the do.” You’ll challenge outdated thinking, bring fresh digital solutions, and help us build a connected, modern learning ecosystem.

This is a hybrid/remote role, but strong business connection is key. You’ll regularly engage with leaders, operational teams and stakeholders to understand real-world needs and translate these into impactful learning experiences.
