 As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Identity & Access Management within Chief Technology Office, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.  Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies 
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements 
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources 
  • Engages stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Supports completion of change management activities across functional partners
  • Monitors adherence to firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and resource allocation.      Documents blockers and impediments to aid dependency management and ensure resource availability
  • Supports delivery processes including:  Intake; Dependency management; Release management; Product operationalization; Delivery feasibility decision-making Product performance reporting.  Highlights opportunities to improve efficiencies within these processes.      Assists in process improvement through ongoing review, both internally and with partner departments.
  • Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Works with technical and non-technical stakeholders to specify epics and stories with sufficient discussion and acceptance criteria for successful delivery. Updates stakeholders with timely progress reports, highlighting successes, delivery risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Organizes work estimates at various levels of granularity to set delivery expectations and enable informed prioritization.  Provides support for incident escalation, directing resources and effort as required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area 
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities 
  • Experience in product deployment processes 
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Expertise in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management
  • Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wire frames, etc. 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are critical, to include translating technical and complex concepts/solutions into business-friendly proposals.  Solid interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
  • Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
  • General knowledge of financial services concepts and products

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes 
  • Results oriented; ready to challenge the status quo for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking, and ability to draw lateral connections between subject areas
