DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and solution design. Conduct thorough discovery to understand the customer problem. Validate design proposals by understanding the architectural solution. Break down solutions into manageable epics and user stories for implementation. Execute scrum ceremonies, including sprint reviews, sprint planning, and backlog refinement, to ensure effective agile development processes. Own and maintain a product backlog that aligns with the strategic roadmap and value proposition, enabling development to support business goals. Partner with senior product owners to progress the product roadmap. Act as voice of the customer and drive product vision during collaboration and strategy presentations to the business. Plan and facilitate projects from strategy development through execution, considering interdependencies and trade-offs. Work within the agile software development lifecycle, partnering with the global engineering team to define engineering stories, conduct testing, and facilitate releases. Gather business requirements, validate design proposals, and demonstrate software product deliveries. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to offer support and contribute to various projects as required. Communicate project status and potential risks to product management, ensuring transparency and enabling informed decision-making. Actively identify and manage risks by addressing escalations throughout the project lifecycle. Drive and coordinate all testing activities, including developing acceptance testing strategies, creating test cases, and planning and executing end-to-end (E2E) testing. Facilitate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and readiness. Ensure comprehensive readiness across all business functions for changes introduced by new product features or implementations. Perform post-implementation validations to confirm that solutions align with business requirements, and document the results for future reference. Monitor post-decision defects to ensure a high-quality product.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Lead, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Product Lead, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Requirements management and collaboration using JIRA and Confluence to effectively engage with company management and client stakeholders; data mapping and REST API integrations for JSON and XML formats; Shell scripting for automating tasks and processes; utilizing Sublime Text as a code editor for efficient script and code editing; UI design using Adobe XD to collaborate cross-functionally and create user-friendly solutions; SDLC and agile development lifecycle methodologies; using Version control with Git and GitHub, and CI/CD with GitLab to ensure efficient code management and deployment; Postman for API testing to validate functionality and Swagger to document API specifications; performing Ongoing maintenance and support using incident management and root cause analysis tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk; using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for automating deployment processes in test, QA, and validation environments; Linux commands and navigation to interact with server environments and perform system administration tasks; PuTTY and OpenSSH for connecting to and managing remote servers; Setup monitoring and alerts, access control and security using Microsoft Azure console; administering databases using MySQL Workbench for data modeling and queries; Using Microsoft PowerBI for data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
