As a Data Domain Architect Associate in our Financial Analysis Reporting Systems team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering timely, accurate headcount results to support both internal stakeholders and external reporting needs. You will be responsible for owning operational BAU processes, strengthening end-to-end data controls to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness, and proactively partnering with Technology to design and implement system enhancements that eliminate manual workflows.
Our team is focused on extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to address ad hoc stakeholder requests, modernizing our data environment by adopting next-generation tools and technologies (including AI and platforms such as Databricks), and translating business requirements into scalable, automated solutions. The ideal candidate combines rigorous financial and headcount acumen with a builderâs mindsetâimproving controls, elevating data quality, and accelerating the speed and reliability of our reporting.
