About the role

Successful New Product Introduction, which is the lifeline of any consumer sales-related business, ensures we offer our customers the best and the latest products that meet their needs and in line with market launches.  It is therefore key that this role manages/co-ordinates all the stages of the product introduction through the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring that all areas of the supply chain are geared up ready to support from the creation of the new product codes, through to the first dispatches on time, every time. Failure to execute effectively risks delayed launches, lost revenue, and customer dissatisfaction during critical market releases. This role operates with significant autonomy and is expected to influence senior stakeholders across Consumer.

What you’ll be doing

End-to-end ownership

  • Own supply chain readiness for new product launches across Mobile, Consumer Electronics (CE), Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Refurbishment.
  • Ensure all systems, processes and partners are aligned to support launch dates
  • Plan for success on end-to-end supply chain processes from ranging decisions to on-time first dispatches to customers

Stakeholder & partner leadership

  • Collaborative cross-functionality with Technology, Propositions, Finance, Marketing and Portfolio teams
  • Influence decisions and resolve challenges with all stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Quality and external refurbishment suppliers to deliver best products.

Continuous improvement & sustainability

  • Challenge existing GTM processes and implement improvements
  • Develop scalable GTM approaches for new market electronics and own-brand CPE products
  • Actively support Consumer sustainability objectives

Essential skills/experience

  • Strong Communication – Able to clearly share information, updates and requirements across teams to keep product launches on track.
  • Stakeholder Management – Builds strong working relationships, aligning cross‑functional teams and influencing decisions to support successful launches.
  • Process Documentation & Planning – Creates clear, structured documentation and plans that support smooth, repeatable end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
  • Organisational Skills – Handles multiple tasks, priorities and product streams in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration – Works effectively with Technology, Propositions, Finance, Marketing and external suppliers to ensure supply chain readiness.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving – Quickly identifies challenges in the launch process and drives solutions to maintain delivery timelines.

Desirable skills/experience

  • Excel proficiency.
  • SAP/ASC/JIRA experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, project management, quality assurance.
