To be successful in this role as an AVP - Process Improvement Risk COO, you should possess the following skillsets:
Should be able to identify and monitor risks and issues, to plan and implement appropriate responses for mitigation or resolution, including escalations as required. Ability to inspire, coach and empower others to deliver on a shared vision and outcomes for transformational change: leading by example and building strong relationships.
Hands-on coding experience or a strong understanding of coding principles to efficiently interpret data - Python/SQL/API integration & JSON/XML handling
AI / ML & Intelligent Automation - (OCR, NLP)/ Chatbot development (e.g., Power Virtual Agents)
Automation Platforms & Tools -Power Automation/Apps and Sharepoint Automation
