We’re currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Day shift Drivers to join our growing team at our Avonmouth depot.
Shift Pattern
Shift start time: 04:00am
Days: Any 5 out of 7.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (some weekend work may be required)
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HGV Class 1 Driver at Evri, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our network moving. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving long-distance trunk routes between depots, clients, and EVRi sites
Ensuring all parcels are transported safely and efficiently
Completing and updating relevant paperwork accurately
Assisting depot staff with heavier items when required
Communicating proactively about traffic, weather, or route issues so alternative plans can be put in place
Our drivers are the backbone of our operation, and safety is always our top priority.
What We Offer
Hourly rate: £17.29 per hour (£16.50 per hour plus £0.79 seasonal allowance)
Overtime rate: £24.75 per hour

What We’re Looking For
Full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) entitlement
Valid Driver CPC
Digital tachograph card
Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply. All applicants will be required to complete a short driving assessment.
