Junior Social Media Content Producer

About the role

SportyNet, part of Sporty Group, is a comprehensive sports broadcasting platform based in Brazil, delivering over 400 live football matches per year. We have distribution agreements with leading local Pay TV operators and a growing digital presence. We are rapidly becoming Brazil’s most dynamic football broadcaster, the home of Série C, Coppa Itália, French Cup, select Série B, Liga MX, Italian Serie B and Bundesliga matches, regional tournaments, the European League of Football (ELF), and women’s football,  with new content and offerings launched regularly.

As a Junior Social Media Content Producer for SportyNet, you will be responsible for following major events in the sports world, whether broadcasted by SportyNet or not, transforming them into highly engaging content for social media platforms, in text, image, or video format.

What you'll be doing

• Follow the main games and sports news from around the world on a daily basis to generate content for social media
• Develop ideas for promoting the channel's main events
• Suggest new art formats, conducting briefings and monitoring execution alongside the design team
• Create video ideas and brief SportyNet commentators, assisting in the production of the content and monitoring the finalization with the editing team
• Create simple arts using Photoshop based on PSD templates created by the designer
• Cover games in real time, publishing videos of key plays and highlights, artwork with the final score, and post-game reactions

What you'll bring

• Have excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language
• Be a heavy user of social media and be familiar with the main formats of the platforms
• Consume sports content on a daily basis
• Be available to work on days and times when football matches take place
• Have basic knowledge of Photoshop and content publishing tools for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and build relationships with partner areas
• Advanced/fluent English
