About You:

The Role:  

To support the day-to-day activities of the core Operations Team, ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate system management, and reliable operational reporting. This is an entry-level role with a strong operational focus, working closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy, forecasting integrity, and company utilisation tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering key operational processes and administrative functions.
• Maintain and manage the company’s internal timecard system:
• Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Add and maintain JSOs (Job Service Orders) across all accounts.
• Maintaining and updating forecasts for all accounts in collaboration with Account Managers and Operations.
• Ensuring forecasting data aligns with internal systems and financial reporting requirements.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment between operational data and financial records.
• Support leave reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Assist with company utilisation tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Experience working with internal systems and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good technology skills.
• Track record of working in high pressure environments, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn operational processes.
