Partnerships Project Manager I
US - Remote
The Global Partnerships team manages relationships with top and emerging partners across creators, public figures, media, and entertainment. Focusing on major social media platforms, the team helps drive product priorities and partner success across a family of apps. We are looking for a Program Manager to work with Partners Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers within the Music space to assist with data analysis, partner program management, and manage partner inbound.
Responsibilities
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
Support on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
Partner with various cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with Entertainment partners
Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders
Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency
Experience with Data Analysis
Experience with public presentations to a diverse audience
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish
