We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, inclusive, and compliant digital experiences across our Financial Services journeys. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver user-centred solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction while remaining hands-on with design delivery. You’ll bring deep experience in UX/UI design, particularly within regulated B2C environments, and a passion for mentoring others. Your work will be informed by data, research, and customer insights, helping to shape roadmaps and evolve our design system.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design of acquisition and servicing journeys across web and app platforms
Collaborate with compliance to ensure FCA-aligned, user-friendly experiences
Mentor and coach other designers, fostering growth and collaboration
Facilitate workshops and contribute to product discovery and roadmap shaping
Partner with research and insight teams to validate and iterate on designs
Evolve and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency
Requirements:
Strong experience within UX/UI design roles at a Senior level
Proven experience in regulated B2C environments, ideally financial services
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design delivery across platforms
Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
Skilled in design thinking, product discovery, and agile methodologies
Comfortable using tools like Figma, Miro, Zeplin, and data to inform decisions
