Our Mission: Science, Technology, and Global Impact
Our organisation sits at the intersection of forensic science and supply chain technology. We harness science and services to verify the genuine origin of materials, building an interconnected community of verified buyers and suppliers. Our mission is critical: to protect people and the planet by ensuring transparency and integrity in global supply chains.
As demand for supply chain transparency grows worldwide, so does our team.
We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help deliver Oritain’s global hiring strategy while leading and developing our talent acquisition capability as we continue to scale.
About the Role

As part of the People & Culture team, you’ll lead and support the talent acquisition team while remaining hands-on with priority hiring. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, shape practical hiring plans, and ensure we bring exceptional talent into the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to step into a broader leadership scope while continuing to build your experience in strategic hiring, stakeholder partnership, and team development. You’ll help strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire talent globally while contributing to the continued evolution of our recruitment practices.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing leadership with delivery and is excited to grow their impact within a global organisation.

You’ll develop proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen diverse talent pipelines and help us connect with both active and passive candidates across global markets.
Championing a strong candidate experience will be central to your role. From initial engagement through to offer and feedback, you’ll ensure candidates experience thoughtful communication and a process that reflects Oritain’s culture and values.
You’ll work with hiring managers to support well-structured interview and assessment processes, coaching leaders on effective interviewing and helping maintain fair and consistent hiring decisions.
Using recruitment data and reporting, you’ll help monitor pipeline health, track hiring performance, and provide insights into time-to-hire, diversity representation, and future hiring demand.
You’ll also contribute to improving recruitment operations by refining ATS workflows, interview frameworks, and hiring processes to ensure efficiency and clarity as the organisation grows.
Building strong relationships across the business will be key. You’ll support leaders with market insights, talent availability, and salary benchmarking to help inform hiring decisions.
Throughout all hiring activity, you’ll ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and relevant employment requirements, including right-to-work legislation and data protection standards across regions.
You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure a smooth and positive journey for candidates and new hires from attraction through onboarding.
If you’re ambitious, curious, and motivated by building great teams in a growing global organisation, this is an opportunity to accelerate your impact and career.
Skills & Experience
