Area Director – Estate Agency Division – North & Scotland
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience) + £10,000 OTE

As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an Area Director to join our team in the North of the UK and Scotland.
As Area Director, you will lead a team of 6–8 talented Account Managers, driving their growth and performance while ensuring our Estate Agency partners receive outstanding value and service. Leveraging your expertise in people management and sales, you will inspire your team to exceed their goals and represent the Rightmove brand with confidence and pride.
What you’ll be doing
Lead and Inspire: Develop, coach, and empower a team of Account Managers to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Foster Growth: Create and execute structured development plans that help your team achieve their full potential, using tools like the GROW model to ensure sustained success.
Drive Commercial Success: Align team activities with business objectives, ensuring measurable value for both Rightmove and our clients.
Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with peers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Deliver Insights: Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide decision-making and drive team performance.

Proven Leadership Experience: You’ve successfully managed and developed high-performing teams, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital sales environment. You’re comfortable and experienced in leading through structured frameworks like the GROW model to drive consistent results.
